5 Stars all the way !!! I had a problem with the used truck from Perry Auto Sales and called them about the issue. Aaron got me in touch with Alex the service manager, Alex had me try a couple of things to diagnose the problem. When this didn't fix the problem he had me drop the truck off so they could diagnose it in shop to better understand what was going on. They found the issue, replaced a part to fixed it, drove the truck to make sure they had everything ready and called me throughout the service support process. If you've ever been in a situation where you're waiting on a vehicle to be repaired and no one ever calls with updates, you will want to use Perry Auto Sales in the future. You won't regret it... Thank you to everyone involved and for being there for me after the sale.

No high pressure sales. Did the paperwork on my truck and then went out and started it up to load on the trailer to go home and the check engine light came on. Scanned and cleared EGR Code. Light came on again when home and then went off but they say they will take care of it if it persist. I believe they will and recommend them. Actually have too many trucks to choose from. Very knowledgeable.

Sales person ( Alex) was very informative and helpful in showing me the vehicle I was interested in. He shared the updates that were done at the on site shop to bring the truck up to standards. Rust is a wild disease for a car. But rust did not come here. Beautiful strong healthy trucks without a bullshitting car dealer. These guys were real people with good hearts and very very smart. With a difficult task of my trade in I got a beautiful truck at a great deal with dealers I trust

I know they are going to say we can't predict the future of mechanical issues. Only put around 2000 miles on and have had def issues and now problems getting the truck over 60 mph with a different issue not happy stay away from buying anything from here

Crank sensor was replaced with a China part. Also crank sensor bolt was only finger tight.. No warranty. Fixed it myself with a gm part. Wondering what other parts and labor are sub par.

Bought a 2017 truck from this dealership in 2022 and within two days, the check engine light came on. That week, the whole engine blew. With no help from the dealership, we put a brand new engine in the truck and a year later, the transmission blew. Would not trust the quality of the vehicles being sold here.

Extremely good service. Call Alex on the truck I was interested in. Told him I was on my way hour and a 1/2 later I was out of there with my truck. It took me 45 minutes to get there. And to do a 10 minute test drive, so what's that tell you?

Traveled to Perry Auto Sales from Lorain County Ohio. My wife and I found the perfect vehicle for our needs. We traveled there specifically to see a Chevy Tahoe and my wife spotted a Denali. The vehicle was a California vehicle with no rust, 1-owner, body in excellent condition, so we purchased a 2013 GMC Yukon Denali, 6.2L/V8, with factory tow package and brake controller. We have been very happy with the vehicle and appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff (Alex) who assisted us with our purchase.
